Order Processing
All items at Concrete Ink are made to order. Once you place an order, production typically takes 1–3 business days before it ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks depending on your location and the item ordered. We work with multiple carefully selected print and fulfillment partners, chosen to balance quality, speed, and price — for both our brand and you as a customer. This means different items in the same order may be produced and shipped from different facilities, and may arrive separately.
Please note: because production takes a few days before anything even ships, it's normal for tracking to show little to no movement in the first week. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window above, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or shipping carriers. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll issue a replacement order at no additional cost. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
